Our Staff

The administrative organization of FTSJS is made up of a predominantly Haitian staff,
under the advisory oversight of a Board of Directors.

Student Interns

An internship with Education Haiti, the Maine-based non-profit that supports FTSJS, offers the opportunity to get experience with an international educational organization in areas of fund- raising, project development, and whatever else may be needed for the school.  Our present intern, Keerthi Martyn, was awarded a Davis Peace Fellowship in 2021 for his project connecting FTSJS with Haitian artists involved in working for peace.  Interns generally work 5 – 10 hours a week, more if they have available time.  Preference is given to interns who would like to make a multi-year commitment.  Minimum commitment is one year.

If interested, please contact Miranda Phelps by email, phone or WhatsApp.
